A single lab-created D Color VVS1 oval, cut to Excellent grade, held above a plain slender band. An oval carries its weight along its length rather than down into the stone, so it covers more finger and reads larger than a round of the same carat. Moissanite rates 9.25 out of 10 on the Mohs hardness scale, just below diamond at 10, so it resists scratches and stays brilliant through daily wear.
Four claws cover less of the stone, so more of the oval shows from above and the outline reads cleaner. The 2ct oval measures 9x7mm and spans a little under half the width of an average finger, which is the most chosen size in oval engagement rings. The 3ct is 10x8mm and reads as a clear step up without taking over the hand. The 4.5ct is 12x8mm, a statement stone that covers most of the finger between the knuckles.
