At Sensitive Stones, we want every order to reach you smoothly, securely, and on time. This policy outlines what you can expect regarding order processing, delivery timelines, shipping coverage, and tracking. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to keep our inventory up to date, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will fulfill the available items in your order and contact you about any backordered items. You may choose to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable items.
2.1 Shipping Cost
We offer free standard tracked shipping on all orders to the U.S. with no minimum spend required.
2.2 Order Cut-Off Time
Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM MT.
Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
2.3 Fulfilment OriginÂ
All orders are packed and dispatched from our partner warehouse in the U.S. or China. Final delivery is handled by our U.S. carrier network.
2.4 International Shipping
At this time, we ship only to the U.S.
Shipping to other international destinations is currently unavailable.

3.1 Estimated Delivery TimesÂ
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.
Multiple Item Orders:
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately at no extra cost to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive a separate shipping notification and tracking link for each package.
3.2 Shipping Method
All orders are shipped with tracked standard delivery via United States Postal Service (USPS).
3.3 Delivery Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at hello@sensitivestones.com within 24 hours of order or before shipment to amend your shipping address.Â
3.4 P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses with standard postal services.
3.5 Out-of-Stock Items and Pre-Orders
Occasionally, some items may be unavailable at the time you place your order. In such cases:

3.6 Delivery Delays
If your order takes longer than expected, please contact us at hello@sensitivestones.com. We will look into it right away.
You may request to cancel your order or pre-order any time before it has shipped (fulfilled).
For custom or personalized orders, cancellation is only possible before production begins.
Once shipped, fulfilled, or after production begins (for custom/personalized), orders may not be canceled. For returns on qualifying items after delivery, see our Return and Refund Policy.
You’ll receive a shipment tracking email after dispatch.
You can also track your order here at Track My Order using your order number, tracking number, or the email you used at checkout.
Your tracking page will display the estimated delivery date for your shipment along with real-time status updates.
6.1 Sales Tax
We collect sales tax on U.S. orders where required by law. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
6.2 Import Duties
Orders shipped to the U.S. are not subject to additional import duties upon delivery. Any applicable customs fees are covered by Sensitive Stones, so you won’t be charged extra when your order arrives.
