Yes! All jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty, covering repairs or replacements for any manufacturing defects. This does not include accidental damage, normal wear, or third-party modifications. Gift items, including complimentary or promotional gifts, are not covered under warranty.

12. Do you offer customization services for jewelry?

Yes! We offer customization for our moissanite jewelry. Certain customizations, such as name or logo engraving, 14K/18K plating, and custom chain lengths, are available at no additional charge. However, some pieces may not be eligible for engraving due to size limitations.

If you have a customization request, you can leave a note at checkout, and we will always reach out to confirm whether the selected piece is eligible. You can also email us at hello@sensitivestones.com—we respond within 24 hours.

For material changes, such as upgrading from 925 sterling silver to solid gold, please email us with your request, and we will provide a quote.
