This warranty applies to orders placed on or after July 25th, 2026. Every Sensitive Stones piece is made to be worn for years. We back that two ways.

Lifetime Sparkle Guarantee

Moissanite doesn't cloud, dull, or lose its fire — it's the nature of the stone, and it lasts a lifetime. In the unlikely event a stone ever loses its brilliance on its own, we'll replace the stone or the piece for as long as you own it.

Lifetime Color Guarantee (Black Moissanite)

Black moissanite is opaque, so instead of sparkle its beauty is its deep, even color. That color is grown into the crystal — not a surface coating — so it will not fade, rub off, or wash out. We guarantee it for life: in the unlikely event a black moissanite stone ever loses its color on its own, we'll replace the stone or the piece for as long as you own it.

1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

For one year from delivery, we cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship: loose or lost stones (not from impact), faulty clasps, broken or bent prongs under normal wear, and structural failure of the setting. If we confirm a defect, we repair or replace the piece free.

Caring for Your Jewelry

Your pieces are 925 sterling silver finished with gold plating. Like all fine plated jewelry, the finish stays beautiful longest with a little care:

  • Remove it before showering, swimming, or exercise
  • Keep it away from perfume, lotion, and chlorine
  • Wipe with a soft cloth after wear, and store dry in a pouch

Plating naturally mellows with time and wear — that's normal for all plated jewelry and isn't a defect. If your plating ever needs refreshing, ask us about our re-plating service.

What this means for warranty claims: issues present on arrival (like uneven plating out of the box) are covered as defects. Natural wear over time — plating fade, tarnish from daily exposure, scratches, or bending — is part of normal use rather than a fault.
