1-Year Product Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship and carefully inspect every piece before shipping. We make every effort to ensure your jewelry is free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge within one year of purchase.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or misuse (e.g., drops, impacts, improper storage).
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches over time.
  • Water damage (unless explicitly marked as water-resistant).
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by third-party jewelers (these will void the warranty).
  • Gift items, including complimentary or promotional gifts

Return Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending an item for inspection. If the item is deemed defective under our warranty, we will cover the cost of repair or replacement.

How to Request a Warranty Claim
