What is Store Credit?

Store credit is a balance added to your customer account that can be applied toward future purchases. You can earn store credit in several ways:

  • Leaving a product review – We reward customers who share their feedback
  • Exchange refunds – When you exchange an item for something less expensive, the difference is credited to your account

⚠️ Important: Store Credit Doesn't Apply Automatically

Store credit will not automatically apply to your order. To use your available store credit, you must be signed in to your customer account.

How to Use Your Store Credit

Step 1: Sign In During Checkout

When you're ready to complete your purchase, look for the "Sign in" button on the checkout page. Make sure you log in to your customer account before proceeding.

Step 2: Apply Your Store Credit

Once you're signed in and your shipping information is entered, you'll see your available store credit displayed in the payment section.

Simply check the box next to "Apply store credit" to use your balance toward your order.

Your store credit will be deducted from your total, and you'll see the updated "Total due" amount reflected in your order summary.

Tips for Using Store Credit

  • Always sign in before completing your purchase to access your store credit
  • Your store credit balance will be shown at checkout if available
  • You can use store credit in combination with discount codes for additional savings
  • Any remaining store credit after your purchase will stay in your account for future orders
  • Store credit has an expiration date – be sure to use your balance before it expires
