At Sensitive Stones, we want you to absolutely love your jewelry. We stand behind the quality of every piece we create.
Our return policy is simple: We gladly accept returns if something arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect - plus we offer one complimentary size exchange for rings and bracelets in case you need a different fit.
When You Can Return or Exchange
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

Manufacturing defects (loose stones, faulty clasps, broken prongs, defective plating)

Damage during shipping (bent, cracked, or broken items)

Wrong item shipped (different product than ordered)

Quality issues (tarnishing within normal use, stone discoloration)
We do not accept returns for change of mind, style preference, or buyer's remorse.
Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unaltered, and include all original packaging and certificates.
One-time size exchange (rings and bracelets only):
If you ordered the wrong length/fit for a ring or bracelet, we offer a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that this applies to length or fit only (e.g. 7in to 8in bracelet, or ring size 6 to size 7). Exchanges for different stone sizes, widths (mm), or styles are not covered under this policy and will be treated as a new order.
How it works:
- Item must be unworn and in original condition with packaging
- Return the original item using our free pre-paid label
- We'll ship your new size once we receive the return
If you need a second size exchange on the same item, we charge a $15 fee to cover return shipping and processing.
Price adjustments for size exchanges:

If the new size has a higher price, you'll need to pay the difference before we ship the replacement.

If the new size has a lower price, the difference will be refunded as store credit to your account (valid for one year).
Necklaces and earrings:
These can be returned if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Custom/Personalized Items & Final Sale Items
Since these are made especially for you, they can only be returned if defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping & Fees
We provide free pre-paid return labels for all approved returns and exchanges. No restocking fees.
Note: A $15 fee applies to second size exchanges on the same item (as detailed in the size exchange section above).
Refund Processing
Processed within 5–10 business days after return is received and inspected. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after we’ve confirmed processing, please contact us.
