The moissanite V-shaped wedding band, also called a chevron or wishbone ring, dips to a point in the middle instead of running straight around the finger. Worn alone it draws a clean line down the finger. Seventeen round D Color VVS1 moissanite are pave-set along the V, and moissanite rates 9.25 out of 10 on the Mohs hardness scale, just below diamond at 10, so it resists scratches and stays brilliant through daily wear.
The V shape is often read as a wishbone, and wishbone rings have long been worn as a symbol of luck, hope and new beginnings. A chevron band is also worn as a wedding or anniversary ring, a promise ring, or simply for the clean line the angle draws down the finger.

With normal wear, no. The surface is a solid layer of 14K gold, so the color comes from gold itself. Avoid prolonged contact with chlorine, harsh chemicals and lotion to keep it looking its best.
Yes. Moissanite shows as "diamond" on most pen-style (thermal) testers because both conduct heat similarly. Advanced multi-mode testers used by jewelers identify it as moissanite, which is expected.
