At Sensitive Stones, we take pride in crafting each piece with elegance, beauty, and lasting quality. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 1-Year Product Warranty that protects against manufacturing defects - so you can shop with confidence.

1-Year Product Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship and carefully inspect every piece before shipping. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Manufacturing defects refer to issues in craftsmanship or materials present at the time of delivery, not damage resulting from wear, accidents, or improper care. If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge, subject to review and approval, within one year of the delivery date.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

✅ What’s Covered

Our 1-Year Warranty covers:

  • Loose or missing stones resulting from a confirmed manufacturing defect in the setting
  • Structural or craftsmanship defects (e.g., broken clasps, link separation, faulty settings)
  • Premature tarnishing or plating wear determined upon inspection to be the result of a manufacturing defect.
  • Defects in materials or construction confirmed upon inspection to be present at the time of delivery.

❌ What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or misuse (e.g., drops, impacts, bending).
  • Damage resulting from improper storage, including prolonged exposure to humidity, moisture, or contact with other jewelry pieces. 
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or surface scuffs over time.
  • Damage caused by prolonged exposure to soaps, shampoos, perfumes, chlorine, salt water, or sweat.
    • For items marked as water-resistant, the protective coating is designed to help maintain shine and prevent tarnishing; however, repeated or prolonged exposure to chemicals and harsh water conditions can degrade the coating over time and is not covered under warranty.
  • Lost or misplaced items, or items that cannot be physically returned for inspection, are not eligible for free replacement.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by third-party jewelers (these will void the warranty).
  • Items received as free promotional or complimentary gifts. If you purchased an item as a gift for someone else, it is covered under your original order's warranty.

Return Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and covering return shipping costs when sending an item for inspection. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

If the item is deemed defective under our warranty, we will cover the cost of repair/replacement and return shipping.

If not approved as a manufacturing defect, repair services may be offered at a discounted rate, and return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

Post-Warranty Repair Services

Beyond the one-year warranty period, we offer discounted repair services to help maintain the longevity of your jewelry. Repair services are subject to assessment and availability, and we reserve the right to decline repairs that are beyond restoration. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

How to Request a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item qualifies for warranty service:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at hello@sensitivestones.com.
  2. Provide your order details and a clear photo of the defective item. Please also include your order number or the email address associated with your order as proof of purchase, as this is required to process any warranty claim.
  3. If eligible, you will receive return instructions. The defective item must be returned within 14 days of receiving return instructions before a replacement or repair can be issued.
  4. Once your item is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for us to review your claim and provide a resolution.
